I founded Damato in January 2024 with a clear goal: to foster productive dialogues across markets and help companies build sustainable growth narratives toward an equitable future.
I believe that an organization’s prosperity is tied to societal progress. With this conviction, even in this brief yet intense period of working with our clients, we’ve already seen the power of cooperation, value creation, and sustainable success.
Today, with just over six months of operation, I can confidently say we’re on the right path to achieving this vision, and I’d like to share the journey of this evolution with you. Are you ready to join me?
Transforming Expertise into a Scalable Framework
Damato was born from my desire to bring my 10 years of experience in leadership roles across both the public and private sectors into negotiation environments.
I’ve always believed that in the world of business, the ability to form genuine and long-lasting relationships is a competitive edge.
With that principle in mind, I developed my model, placing the value of relationships at the very heart of the negotiation process.
After all, in an increasingly globalized and interconnected market, building strategic partnerships is a significant part of the path to unlocking new opportunities for positioning, deal closures, and long-term growth.
From day one, Damato has been working across several strategic areas to maximize results for our clients, supporting them as they overcome common challenges like improving market positioning, strengthening operations, and expanding business networks.
Partnerships That Create Value: Integrated Solutions and Collective Results
Naturally, Damato’s key differentiator has been solidified around our ability to deliver end-to-end solutions, closely supporting our clients on their journeys and sharing risks alongside them, always aiming to act as true partners at every stage.
These elements are essential in creating an environment of trust and mutual cooperation, which leads us to close lasting deals and drive successful projects together.
It’s impossible not to reflect on some key cases that highlight Damato’s ongoing commitment from the very beginning.
In collaboration with Empreende Aí, we developed an international positioning strategy that resulted in securing $175,000 in grants within just seven months of working together.
With Murta Goyanes, we built a comprehensive ESG strategy plan, integrating aspects such as growth and expansion of the office. In this way, we consolidated a positioning of transformative impact from the inside out.
Through our support for CI&T, we mapped opportunities in the Silicon Valley ecosystem related to the demands for sustainability in the tech sector.
These are just a few examples of the projects we’ve undertaken in the past months, where all stakeholders— clients, investors, and partners — were able to generate shared value.
The Future of Damato: Purposeful Global Expansion
In light of these transformations and achievements, I am optimistic about the future.
Operating directly from a hub like New York, I’m laying the groundwork for our global expansion, to position Damato as a leader within the negotiation ecosystem.
Of course, this involves expanding our team and strengthening our global network, particularly as we focus on growing our presence in the U.S. market.
These developments are still in the early stages, but I’m excited to share them with you.
In the meantime, we will continue to be guided by our mission to drive organizational success through partnerships that foster sustainable growth and positive social changes.
