Hello, I’m Estela Damato, the founder of Damato Partner Track – Supporting Impactful Negotiations. I’m thrilled to share a glimpse of my professional journey with you. If you’re here seeking ways to cultivate positive social impact through meaningful interpersonal connections, you’ve come to the right place.

I hold a degree in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo and have a background in Economics. My dedication to social change ignited in childhood and has only intensified over the years. Throughout my journey, I’ve developed skills enabling me to pose crucial questions in the environments I’ve navigated and among the individuals I’ve engaged with. I firmly believe that to foster greater social equity in our communities, cities, and nations, we must craft narratives that inspire us to envision a collective future.

Recently, I was honored by the US government as a professional exhibiting extraordinary abilities, granting me the O-1 Visa: Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement, commonly referred to as the Genius Visa by USCIS.

Professional Experience

My most significant professional experiences include:

Consulting for companies and governments aiming to understand their value and plan their impact.
Serving as a Specialist in Public Policies at São Paulo City Hall, where I worked in departments such as the Municipal Management Secretariat and the Culture Secretariat.
Working as Business Development Manager at Impact Hub São Paulo.

As a consultant, I had the privilege of serving various Brazilian states, including São Paulo, Paraíba, and Piauí. Through this work, I directly impacted more than 300 municipalities, contributing to the development and enhancement of local communities.
